oh where do I begin. the room had a horrible fish smell, and wait times were atrocious—the staff wouldn’t even bring us proper towels! I expected a delightful upgrade for my stay but got nothing. I almost thought I’d have a good review but I just couldn’t overlook the state of the pool, which was absolutely filthy. don’t waste your time here.
